Virtual Filmmaking

My cousin Andrew Roberts and I have been passionate about media since we were kids. We beat Sonic The Hedgehog and Super Mario 64 a bazillion times. After finishing the scripts for Mallory Rose (depicted above) and an interactive Halloween film, COVID-19 hit. Out of our frustration for not being able to shoot our films in person, we decided to investigate alternative techniques. Eventually, we discovered that we could make near-photorealistic films in the Unreal Engine. For the first time we could write, shoot, and edit our films 1000 miles apart from each other.
